What is Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam? | Yoga in Bhagvad Gita

This is a verse from Bhagavad gita, where lord Krishna explains to Arjuna thatone who prudently practices the science of work without attachment can get rid of both good and bad reactions in this life itself. Therefore, strive for Yog, which is the art of working skillfully (in proper consciousness).

Yoga is a practice of skill.Working without personal motivation does not reduce the quality of our work; instead we become even more skillful than before. One needn't worry of the outcome, the aim should be to give your best.

The practice of yoga teaches us the same, one should not worry about the result or how well they are able to do the asana but focus of giving their best and all to the practice of it.
