2. Hastapadasana- also known as Standing forward bend, is another asana which can help you increase fertility. This asana helps you stretch the back muscles. It is particularly great for relieving the stress from the abdominal region.

3. Baddha Konasana- this pose is also known as the bound angle pose or butterfly pose in layman’s language. This asana is great for improving flexibility in the groin and hip regions. It stretches the muscles of the genitals, inner thighs, hip areas as well as knees. It can also help in smoother and less painful delivery when the time comes. It is one of the most helpful asanas for fertility.

4. Viparita Karani- also known as legs up the wall pose is believed to have anti- ageing effects on the body. It improves the blood flow to the pelvic region, especially. It also helps us greatly in relieving the backache.
