You Are What You Eat

Ayurveda says, five elements make up the universe  — vayu (air), jala (water), akash (space), teja (fire), and prithvi (earth). These same elements make up the human body also. 

A diet according to the ayurvedic principles balances these five elements in one’s body and helps them stay healthy.
