"I have always been interested in studying about the human body but being a commerce student I decided to pursue BBA for my graduation. I dropped out after a year because I couldn't see myself doing something I have no interest in and my father supported my decision. He told me to take my time and decide what I want for myself. I was lost and second guessed my decision repeatedly. But once I found myself practicing yoga there was no going back.

My father always said “Stop depending on modern medicine and start practicing yoga daily.” After I dropped out he suggested I start taking yoga classes. After only one month I developed interest in yoga and started loving it. I enrolled in SVYASA university in Bangalore and completed my undergraduate and postgraduate in Yoga therapy from there. During that time I also developed interest in alternative medicine, I completed various short courses in that too.

In my years of education I learned the importance of SADHANA in life. I always start my day with yoga and pranayam, it has become a part of my life now. It's been more than 6 years since I dedicated my life to yoga and. It has transformed me completely and everyday I felt inspired to share this joy with other people. Following my passion I started my online yoga studio which will soon be launching offline in Rishikesh.

I have helped my clients through yoga. Only after three month of practicing yoga regularly, my clients have noted effective improvements in their health. I had clients who were dependent on daily medication, that now have significantly reduced their dosage because of yoga.

I believe yoga should be a part of one’s life as it has given me so much. We are slaves to out daily hectic lives controlled by our mind without it connecting with our body. Practicing yoga puts our mind and body in sync and gives us time to concentrate on ourselves. Yoga helps us experience absolute calmness which in turns helps with all kinds of stress and anxiety.

Once you start giving time to yourself and practicing yoga, trust me you will see its effects in no time."
