"Being a Masters in (Mass Communication & Journalism), a Communication Expert (Health) by profession and now a self-learner yogini, I have always been inclined toward healthy living. 

My yoga journey  began almost a year back when we all were struggling with the pandemic and the lockdown. I was stuck at home juggling between work and family, making it very stressful for me.  I craved a healthy and balanced life, and wanted to feel physically and mentally healthy again. My mind and thoughts were in chaos. 

I started practising yoga for some time in the day to help me feel better about myself and my body. I taught myself yoga asanas by watching and learning from the internet and was determined to learn everything about yoga. Since then, there has been no turning back. Yoga has become an integral part of my daily routine.Whether I practice yoga for 15 mins or an hour, that is the time I dedicate just to myself, my body, my mind, my soul and nothing else. I am glad that even my Instagram page @fitliving_neha will be completing a year and serves as a platform for beginners/freshers.

Truly speaking, my life has changed completely. Yoga has boosted my immunity and strengthened my inner self. Yoga has not only broadened my thinking process but also my way of dealing with stress. Now I am more confident in facing various challenges that life has served me. A healthy mind and body have made me strong enough in raising my capability towards professional and personal; front. It is quite unbelievable, how 15 mins of your daily devotion towards yoga has enhanced stamina and rejuvenated your inner soul. 

My advice to all my fellow and folks, always remember every expert was once a beginner who struggled, practised and bounced back. So, just pull up your socks and follow your passion. Yes, health should never ever be at your back seat at any cost as “Healthy self -healthy world”.
