Looking back I realise that working out helped me to vent out my anger and aggression and that is the reason I preferred fast paced workouts. But as I practice yoga everyday, it gives me so much more. It calms my mind along with my body, and helps me control my anger. Yoga helps me have full control over my physical and mental circumstances, and teaches me to be patient. It has made me more persistent and confident towards achieving my goals.
