Face yoga is a natural way of keeping our skin and face muscles young and healthy. It involves massage and exercises to stimulate the muscles, skin, and lymphatic system under our skin. This helps release tension, stress and worry from your face.Even traditional yoga has particular Forward bending asanas like uttanasana are great for increasing blood flow in the facial region and stretching face and neck muscles. Yoga asanas that involve holding the asanas for a period of time can be more beneficial to the facial muscles.Some yoga exercises for the face.
