Stretching right after waking up

Though stretching our limbs ‘angdai’ is a reflex action for most of us right after we wake up, it can be a more conscious effort on our part. 

 

 

 Giving 5 minutes to stretching your body right after you wake up can have a significantly positive effect on your day.
