Following some simple steps you can successfully practice music meditation
-Choose music that helps you relax and you have some liking towards it. Preferably with slow tempo and fewer lyrics.
-Finding a position you're most comfortable in, close your eyes and relax your muscles. Take deep breaths while inhaling from your nostrils and exhaling from your mouth.
-Keep your focus on the music. To prevent from straying keep your attention on the present moment and the sound of the music.
-Continue this practice for several minutes, until your time runs out.
